Quality Guarantee

  • If there is a fault in the product, it will qualify for our Quality Guarantee
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  We ask that you please contact us right away by emailing us at
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase as well as a short description and a picture of the defective product. 
  • To qualify for our 'Quality Guarantee' we must receive an email with 60 days from the date of purchase (that’s the date and time you received your shipping confirmation email).
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • The defective or damaged product will be replaced FREE OF CHARGE.
  • Item replacement must be same item, size, color, and design as original order.
